Overall responsibility of the programme and the budget.

The Academy Director, together with Head Coaches and Lead Coaches, forms the Academy Leadership Team. The Leadership Team defines the shared standards and operating models, is responsible for the development of the programme and coaching, and makes coach and player selections.

Head Coaches are responsible for the operational daily work and communication in their own sections. For operative matters – for example questions related to player selections – please contact your own coach or the Head Coach of your section first.
